Ohio Wesleyan\u00a0is now a satellite partner of this program, required\u00a0to report outcomes, participation, etc. back to Share Our Strength.<\/p>\n<p>As a health promotion program, <strong>Cooking Matters<\/strong>\u00a0works perfectly in the HHK\u00a0curriculum, as it allows participation in\u00a0program planning and program delivery, as well as assessment, and to address\u00a0one of the larger health issues in the Delaware community at the same time.<\/p>\n<p>Contact <a href=\"http:\/\/hhk.owu.edu\/fink.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Dr. Fink in the Department of Health and Human Kinetics<\/strong><\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A team of OWU students, trained as nutrition and\/or culinary educators, teach a course for adults in the city of Delaware who are at risk for food insecurity.
